A playful, funky apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Vršovice — just steps away from the famous farmers markets at Kubánské náměstí. Located directly on the tram line 22, you’ll reach Prague’s city center in just a few minutes while still experiencing the city like a local. Currently being thoughtfully renovated. 

Vinohrady

A peaceful stay in the beautiful neighborhood of Vinohrady, surrounded by leafy streets, cafés, wine bars, and elegant Prague architecture. Balbínova is currently being redesigned into a warm, thoughtfully curated space made for slow living and quiet city moments.

Corner Stories is our partner café, where your mornings naturally begin. Breakfast is part of your stay. Good coffee, simple food, and a space you’ll want to come back to.

Not just a café, but a small ritual that becomes yours while you’re here. From time to time, the space shifts. Evenings fill with quiet energy – watercolor painting, small gatherings, and moments shared with others. If you feel like staying a little longer, you’re always welcome to join.
